So what is going on in this new year of 2015
(celestially >< physically)
where many of us are excited hoping and looking for
the inspiration to open up to new beginnings,
while some may still feel the downers of the past
weighting down on the shoulders ...
MERCURY
the planet of communication and transportation,
technical flow, mental activities, nervous system ...
is turning retrograde as of today, fully.
It has been preparing for this U-Turn in
shadow side for a couple of weeks
getting the speed right and the turn-lights on
and now we're joining the Mercury pointers inwards.
Mercury is traveling in Aquarius throughout this journey
beginning its retro on 17 degrees.
If you know your charts, natal and solar, you will know
more what intricate aspects of Self
are opening for exploration and reviewing.
Solar (transit) chart is easy ...
count from your Solar sign until you get to Aquarius
and you know the number of your house ...
so I am a Capricorn which is my first Solar House
and Aquarius follows Cap, so that makes it my 2nd house,
which for all Solar Caps is the Self Worth house reflected by
Money, how to allow money and opportunities to make money
to show up in new ways ...
Abundance is always right outside,
but if we have
issues around self worth and it is reflected by money
(typical capricorn personality looking for the 3 Ss/$
stability, safety and security)
we kind of have the hatch on the door and don't let it in.
In my Natal chart,
my 2nd house is packed with planets,
stationed in Libra, which is all about balance and justice,
so the 2nd house has been my dancing partner all my life
until I could learn (ongoing) all the intricate steps and turns with
Mars, Saturn, Moon, Neptune
collaborating to find balance ...
planets not always working with ease together ...
Feisty Mars (ruler of Aries) wanting to advance with speed,
like a wild fire;
Saturn (ruler of Capricorn) wanting to slow all down
for it to have time to show all the limiting factors and definitions
and lies I'd bought into,
Moon (ruler of Cancer) striving to get all the emotional reactions
neutralized, being the watery teacher of all the cycles
of nature and ebb and flow and the sacred feminine,
Neptune (ruler of Pisces) the big Creative Dreamer
wrapping its dreamy veils
around them all so I really would have to remove one veil at a time
to find my truth and where the confusing beliefs and definitions
were hiding that I believed to be true,
distorting and lying about
me, my world and my perceived self worth (lack thereof)
All collaborating and conversing
with the rest of the Zodiacal signs and planets
to help me restore my alignment
with My True Self while in physical.
The sign of Libra holds the vibration of the Scale,
the titter-totter,
the swing between the extreme polarities that we are here
to experience in Earth form.
Until we find the center and have both ends neutralized
the titter-totter will flip up and down,
the swing will be like a pendulum between the extremes,
to and fro with frantic speed,
equally scary at both ends,
the scale will be not be even/equal, until we release what
weighs the heavy side down,
the letting go of the old to let in the new ...
So now when Mercury goes retrograde for 3 weeks,
Universe is asking us to slow down and review
our plans of what has been if there is anything else
in need of release and if there is something even bigger
to add to our dreams of the life we passionately
want to invite into our domain of earth life in physical.
Since we are traveling inwards in the sign of Aquarius,
the sign of a Higher Mind, of unity, of Oneness ...
in whatever house this takes place for you,
pay attention to your Inner Self and
the pulls and pushes you feel around
your dream house adventure.
To use my own Solar Transit chart
reviewing the deaths, depths that is,
of my imagined lacks of Self Worth in relation to Money.
Are there any dark holes or hidden deceptive agendas
I am not aware of still lingering
in the shadows of aspects of my past self.
While our attention is hovering within,
make sure you have one sharp eye on the outside
paying attention to "the people" ...
everybody is distracted from the outside while
Mercury is retrograde
so traffic may be unpredictable and
you don't want to be in its way.
Technical snafus with phones/computers may occur,
delays in travel and business,
communication may be distorted because we listen with
one ear because the other ear is (sub-)consciously going within;
Pay attention to what you are saying because
we may express ourselves with a conglomerate of words mixing
old ways with new ways and be utterly mis-understood.
Let go of any frustrations and misdirected anger
(nervous system, messenger of inner communication)
around your worlds for a month at least ...
give yourself a breezer of lightness
around your interactions with the outside until
Mercury turns direct the 11th of February
and allow for you to move along for the ride for
2 weeks in shadow as it is adjusting its speed
preparing to move full force direct again ...
When that "time" is here you will have much more
clarity around your future and you will advance with ease.
You will not be stopped by inner beliefs and definitions
that make you smaller than you are and
you will not doubt your future the way you might have
if you do some clean up of your hard drive
and get out all the viruses and bugs
diminishing and slowing you down.
You are the only programmer of your personal hard drive!
