ALL THAT WE HAVE 

TRUSTED AND BELIEVED TO BE TRUE

AND THAT HAS KEPT US DOING AND LIVING

FROM THE SAME FEAR FILLED PARADIGM

OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

THE LIES THAT WE HAVE TRUSTED TO BE TRUE,

TRUSTED TO GUIDE US THE ONLY EXISTING WAY

CAN'T SURVIVE!!,

 IF WE DON'T BELIEVE THEM TO BE TRUE!

AS ALL IS EXPANDING WITH THE HELP OF JUPITER,

AND ALL IS ILLUMINATED WITH THE HELP OF THE SUN,

IN ITS OWN HOME ENVIRONMENT (RULES LEO),

THE SIGN OF 

 LEADERSHIP, HEART, CREATIVITY, LOVE etc

WE ARE TAKING ON THE TRANSFORMATIONAL FIRE 

AS WE ARE RUNNING THROUGH THE FIRE HOOPS

OF THE OLD WAYS OF LIFE.

WE ARE BURNING AWAY OUR OLD SELVES 

AT THE SAME TIME

WE FEEL FEAR AS WE LEAVE 

WHAT WE HAVE KNOWN BEHIND;

ALL THAT WE KNOW AS SURVIVAL AND SAFETY;

AS UNINSPIRING AS IT MAY HAVE FELT IT

HAS BEEN OUR WAY OF LIFE 

AND THE ONLY WAYS WE'VE KNOWN TO BE OURS.

Many of us humans can feel the destruction

and the pain and sorrow and the grief from the losses

and the letting goes.

All the laughter, all the experiences, 

all the people connected through survival mode,

scarcity, and poverty, and fear of loss,

connected through the bondage of feeling unloved,

separation and having to survive on our own.

As the hardship is burning away and we are

facing new ways of opportunities and possibilities

in a distance still, or maybe reachable already; 

many can feel aches and pains in their physical bodies …

Pains that show where the resistance 

has manifested itself in our physical bodies 

that we hold onto out of fear for the unknown.

The resistance that keeps us nailed to the old black box,

of old conditioning, 

where we feel comfortable 

because we know our dark corners so well,

even though they keep us in fear and survival stress,

they feel kind of safe,

 because we know all their trickery by heart. 

The more we choose to dream away and imagine

our desired new ways of Life and

as we are opening up to and allow more changes

 and as we move along

our own personal rites of passage towards our dreams

and the creative life that we always imagined,

all that doesn't hold this new vibrational frequency,

as our new exciting dream life requires to manifest,

will also be illuminated and expanded 

for us to see

and understand, so we can let go!

The minute we voice and recognize the belief systems

and definitions that keep us locked into the old

they dissolve!

It is that easy!

FOCUS ON YOUR DREAMS!,

EXPAND THEM! AND LET THEM GO! AND 

ALLOW THEM TO SHOW UP BEYOND YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

PLEASE, DON'T GET STUCK IN THEM WITH 

YOUR OWN PAINTINGS HOW THEY SHOULD MANIFEST!

LET GO OF ALL YOUR CONFINING NEEDS TO CONTROL 

THE OUTCOME AND ALLOW LIFE TO SHOW YOU

ITS MAGIC AND THE WONDERS

THAT HAPPEN, WHEN WE LET GO AND ALLOW

OURSELVES TO TRUST THE INVISIBLE.

IF YOU FIND YOURSELF IMMERSED BY FEARS,

WELCOME THEM WITH GRATITUDE!,

BECAUSE THEY ARE SOLELY MESSENGERS 

ENTERING YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS 

TO MAKE YOU AWARE OF THE BELIEF SYSTEMS

THAT DON'T ALLOW YOU TO BE ALL THAT YOU ARE!

THE LIGHTER WE GET THE MORE DARKNESS WE WILL SEE!

THE DARKNESS OF LIVING IN FEAR BELIEVING

(DARKNESS AND LIGHT)

IN GRATITUDE FOR THE CONTRASTS OF LIFE THAT

WITH "WALKING AWAY" I DON'T REFER TO

PHYSICAL MOVEMENT …

WE ALL HAVE OUR SACRED SPACE WITHIN ALL THAT IS,

WE JUST CHOSE TO USE A TUNING KNOB

TO CHANGE OUR FREQUENCY "OUT OF STATION"

TO BE ABLE TO FEEL, HEAR, AND SEE / ALL PERCEPTIONS

OF THE DISTORTION IN THE DARKNESS OF FEAR.

THE SPIRALING DOWN INTO THE DENSITY,

THE SEPARATION THAT FEAR FEELS LIKE,

I REALIZED THAT LOVE AND FEAR 

REALLY FUNCTION THE SAME WAY.

SAME, SAME BUT DIFFERENT,

LIKE ALL OF US!

IN FEAR FILLED SURVIVAL MODE ...

 WE FEEL PARALYZED/HELPLESS/POWERLESS

IN THE ILLUSION OF NOT BELONGING,

 BEING SEPARATED AND ABANDONED AND LONELY,

BEING ALL ON OUR OWN IN THE COLD "TRYING" TO

SURVIVE AND COPE ...

WE CREATE AND TRUST CO-DEPENDENCIES AND POWER OVER,

VICTIMIZING OURSELVES AND 

CHOOSING TO BE  FOLLOWERS BELIEVING

IN OUR OUTSIDE/EXTERNAL SELVES RATHER THAN

INNER SELVES, OUR TRUE SELVES.

TRUSTING AND DEFINING

RIGHT AND WRONG EXPERIENCES AND 

THUS SHUTTING DOWN THE INFINITE NUMBER OF CHOICES

LIVING BY THE RULES AND LABELS OF LACKS THE LIMITATIONS 

AND TRUSTING THE LIES

THAT OUR SURVIVAL / "BEING UNLOVED" PERCEPTION

OF LIFE REQUIRES, TO BE ABLE TO 

MECHANICALLY KEEP GOING.

WHAT WE BELIEVE WE WILL SEE! 

AS I KNOW 

"MY OWN LOVE MODE" TODAY …

AS WE GRADUALLY, 

BELIEF BY BELIEF, MOMENT TO MOMENT

LET GO OF OUR CHOSEN FEAR EXPERIENCES,

WE EMPOWER OUR INDIVIDUAL SELVES.

WE NEUTRALIZE 

ALL OUR JUDGEMENTS AND VALIDATIONS

OF RIGHTS AND WRONGS, 

BLACK AND WHITE, FEAR AND LOVE ...

WE ACCEPT LIFE AND OURSELVES INCLUSIVELY,

WE GRATEFULLY ARE LEARNING TO ENJOY 

ALL THAT WE PERCEIVE

FOR BEING OUTSIDE THE BELONGING …

WE ARE RE-MEMBERING

THAT WE ARE ALL 

INDIVIDUAL SHINING ASPECTS OF DIVINE LOVE

 WITHIN ALL THAT IS ...

WE ARE SACRED ASPECTS OF EXISTENCE,

JUST BECAUSE WE EXIST …

TRAVELS AND TREASURES 7

TRAVELING TO BRAZIL 

WAS A LIFE CHANGING JOURNEY,

AN ADVENTURE THAT BROUGHT ME 

TO KNOWING A BRAND NEW ASPECT OF ME

AN ASPECT LONG FORGOTTEN.

I had worked, as usual, way too much

so my over time load needed to be used.

During the Spring as I was dreaming about how

I could make use of the two months paid overtime plus

six weeks of Summer vacation,

I met a Brazilian friend of mine I had not seen for a while

and she inspired me to join her to Brazil and deliver

charity gifts to indian tribes in the rain forest.

This was something totally new so of course 

I gave her an immediate Yes!

Her ticket was already purchased so we went hunting

to see if I could find something on the same plane 

or at least close by in time …

Did not happen, so I booked a flight a fews weeks later than hers

and we decided that she would meet me in Leticia, 

a small town on the border between Brazil, Colombia and Peru.

This was my first trip to the South American continent,

no language skills, no cultural knowledge,

pure ignorance, trusting Life to provide the experience

to gift me an adventure of my life …

My friend needed me as a pack mule I realized

pretty soon. The "stuff", the gifts she was delivering

to her people was overwhelming in size, plenty, to say the least.

But i figured it was a fabulous trade off …

I got to travel to places I would have never have found,

 with a person who knew the language and had grown up there.

The only thing she needed from me, I thought, was

a taller and much stronger version of herself, willing to be

of service and willing to load and carry all the stuff donated. 

She left and took some of the luggage and left the rest for me.

When it was time for me to leave,

I couldn't believe what weight I had agreed to travel with.

My first destination was Bogota, Colombia and

the only thing I had with me was an address that 

my friend had given me to look for to find 

an inexpensive shelter to sleep in.

I arrived around midnight and all went well …

started to look for a cab using my poor!! Spanish …

with intrusive leeches of men wanting to take over my luggage

to be tipped. 

They had no desire to give it up as I gave them no.

My first threatening encounter that I had to face

 to not being over powered by the ways

of the people wanting to make money off of me.

After intense arguments and pushing away one taxi driver 

came to my rescue and packed my luggage in his car.

I handed him my little piece of paper with the address

and off we went!

Loud honking, screaming on the streets,

 packed with crowds of people ...

Pitch dark and I really had no clue if the driver was honest or 

where he was planning on taking me.

I said a silent prayer and hoped for the best.

The streets got smaller and darker,

and the car could hardly fit in between the sidewalks.

I have to admit I got nervous, 

but I realized I had no other choice than to trust 

that I was taken care of for the right reasons and then I let it go.

The cab driver finally stopped and knocked on a door 

and some woman

opened a little wooden shutter and with a hostile voice

asked us what we wanted. 

I gave her the note with the address and gave her a gift from my friend

who had told me she stayed with this family every time

she travelled through Bogota to Brazil.

It was a regular family home and the woman obviously 

thought we were the police checking her out until 

I opened my mouth and she realized my Spanish was not native!

She eventually opened the door after she received the book 

that my friend had promised her at one point.

Thank goodness!

I dragged all the luggage up a staircase so narrow

that I just about fit in-between the walls, shoulder to wall!

My flight to Leticia was planned to leave around noon,

so I told her to wake me in time … I crashed and fell asleep

right away after an adventurous beginning …

Early in the morning somebody was banging on my door

and there was a rush of intensity.

There was another person, a man, using her secret hospitality,

and he knew English!!

 He told me that the time schedules of the domestic flights

 are unpredictable … the planes leave when they are fully booked.

The same way as the busses, first comes first goes …

I was handed breakfast to go, delicious!!, 

and the Taxi was already waiting.

Everybody was coming together and dragging all my 

excess weights to the cab and off we went to the airport.

I was so grateful for this man who had called the airport

and found out that the small plane to Leticia

would leave around(!) 10AM …

I would have so missed the flight 

with my on time training from Europe.

This man was a business man used to travel,

 so he taught me to pay attention to the fact that

flights (small) are not always following the rhythms

of the time schedule they are supposed to be on. 

These sacred messengers that come my way 

and inform me of the changes of rules, that I need to apply to

as I move along in unknown territory to be taken

to the next place of appointment are divine.

The aero plane felt like a jungle plane,

 shaking and jumping in the air 

along with every turbulent change of direction in the air.

Arriving in Leticia I met the energy of a totally different

culture and pace …

Moving swiftly through customs and out from the "airport"

I saw a bridge, a pier, brown water,  shops, river boats 

and my little Brazilian friend waving …

All was happening in such a rush so I just had to go - go - go

I needed a hammock, the most important 

asset traveling the way we were about to …

We went into the pier shops, tin shacks really with roofs 

and loaded with anything you might need for whatever reason.

I am always impressed with these "all in one" 

grocery-boutique-herbal-hardware stores

that are found in unpredictable places,

 as you move around in cultures beyond,

convenient stores that sell everything you might need

with local precision.

I got my hammock with extra ropes to conveniently attach 

the hammock to the beams on the boat,

and a warm red thin/light blanket to be the cover and 

a mosquito net covering the hammock

 and at last and not the least I got some sap liquid, 

rain forrest medication,

that I was recommended to drink until I had become used to 

the bacteria in Brazil and on the river boat we were about to 

enter and begin our next part of our adventure on.

I took a shot of my new juice … strong and hot and red …

and we entered the boat in-between guards with machine guns,

our surreal protectors against pirates.

We were about 15 hammocks on each side of the mid beam

attaching our hammocks from the center beam 

to the iron hooks placed out on the sides of boat.

Hammocks were hanging side by side, head to head …

We were served three meals a day on flip-out side tables

that were hidden along the sides of the boat in between meals.

Water provided or for sale in a little kiosk on 

upper deck that had necessities for what might be needed.

Two toilets for the people and 

the kitchen were the food was prepared at the end of the boat.

Our first part of the trip had begun,

one week until we would reach Manaus ….

intimately sleeping, eating and living with strangers

that I did not understand one single word they said.

travel like boomerangs and always turn around

returning to the owner,

 the center of all reflections perceived.

WORDS are reflecting 

the belief systems and definitions

that we made our life style to be accepted and fit in,

where we grew up and thus we keep living 

and expressing the labels we were given till we stop.

THERE IS NO OUTSIDE,

ONLY OUR INSIDE REFLECTED OUTSIDE!

Many people justify the use of oppressive

judgmental language blaming it on the world

and the way it is,

the way people are,

the way we learned to use our words etc 

to not have to change!

Our own self expression from our personal truths

 have been muted and silenced …

the ruling words we were taught to follow

have placed a firm grip around our throats.

Release and Let Go!

WE ARE ALWAYS COMMUNICATING

FROM INSIDE TO DIFFERENT

ASPECTS OF OURSELVES THAT

WE DON'T FEEL CONNECTED TO OR 

MAYBE ARE SUFFERING WITH …

IT IS A CHALLENGE FOR US HUMANS 

TO NOT BE JUDGMENTAL,

SINCE WE LIVE IN ANGER AND SADNESS

BECAUSE WE DON'T DARE TO ALLOW OURSELVES TO LIVE

OUR OWN TRUTH.

To be able to change ourselves and the world we live in,

we may need to learn to change and

use a new language to support this change of worlds.

It is like traveling in physical …

to be understood and to understand our new destiny of choice 

we need to express ourselves in a different way,

and we need to listen!

to be able to learn to be in this new way of life.

SO SUCK IT UP AND LIVE BY IT"

WHEN WE LIVE AND "THRIVE" WITH
BELIEFS THAT WE ARE NOT LOVED UNCONDITIONALLY
AND SUPPORTED ABUNDANTLY, THAT LIFE IS SOLELY
"BLACK OR WHITE",  "DEAD OR ALIVE" 
WE KEEP JUMPING IN FEAR BETWEEN OUR ONLY (TWO) OPTIONS,
INSTEAD OF REALIZING THAT WE HAVE AN INFINITE 
NUMBER OF CHOICES TO CHOOSE FROM.
OUR LIMITED WAYS OF LIFE BECOME
BURDENS THAT WEIGH OUR SHOULDERS DOWN AND 
CREATE PAIN (RESISTANCE) IN OUR BODIES,
FROM HUSTLING TO BE ABLE TO SURVIVE AND TO 
MAKE OUR ENDS MEET THE WAY WE WERE TAUGHT. 
THE BURDENS WE FEEL DERIVE FROM NOT LIVING
THE LIFE THAT WE DREAM OF ...
THE BELIEF SYSTEMS AND DEFINITIONS THAT WE
GREW UP SURROUNDED BY 
SETS THE FORM AND PACE OF OUR LIVES ...
THE BELIEFS WE WERE TAUGHT TO LIVE BY AND TRUST IN,
THAT SAME ONES THAT KEEP US CAGED AND SEPARATED
FROM OUR TRUE SELVES AND OUR DREAMS.
BELIEF SYSTEMS THAT MAKE US FEEL 
ALONE, SMALL AND LONELY, NOT ABLE TO TRUST
ANYTHING BUT SCARCITY, LACKS AND LIMITATIONS, AND
IN CONSISTENT FEAR OF
 LOOSING EVERYTHING THAT WE ACCOMPLISH 
SINCE WE BELIEVE WE ARE NOT SUPPORTED BY LIFE
AND WORTHY OF LIVING IN ABUNDANCE ON ALL LEVELS.

NO WONDER US HUMANS NEED VACATION TIME …
A PERMISSION SLIP TO FEEL WHAT IT FEELS LIKE
TO LIVE FREE FROM EXPECTATIONS JUST FOR A MOMENT
TO BE ABLE TO BREATHE AND BE.

AFTER I CHOSE TO TRUTHFULLY 
EXAMINE MYSELF AND FIND WHAT BELIEF SYSTEMS 
THAT KEPT ME CAPTURED AND OBLIGATED TO LIVE
THE WAY I HABITUALLY LIVED OUT OF FEAR ... 
I FOUND OUT STEP BY STEP, 
LIE BY LIE,
HOW LABELLED AND PROGRAMMED I WAS 
BY THE SURROUNDINGS, THAT I GREW UP IN.
I FOUND MYSELF SO BRAINWASHED,
 SO I HAD NO IDEA,
WHO I WAS WITHOUT THE LABELS
OTHERS HAD GIVEN ME AND THAT I HAD REINFORCED TO 
FIT IN. 
THE SEARCH AND RELEASE OF MY STOLEN TRUTHS 
WAS NEEDED
FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO DISCOVER MY TRUE SELF (ongoing).

MY PHYSICAL TRAVELS HELPED ME AND TAUGHT ME TO PAY ATTENTION TO 
WHERE AND WHEN I TRULY FELT 
RELAXED AND GOOD ABOUT MYSELF,
WHERE I FELT CONNECTED,
WHERE I FELT A BELONGING SENSATION …
WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE MADE ME FEEL GOOD AND
WHICH ONES MADE ME FEEL 
UNCOMFORTABLE AND WRONG.

IT IS MORE DIFFICULT TO PERCEIVE THE ROOTS TO
A RELATIONSHIP GONE SOUTH, 
WHEN YOU ARE IN THE MIDST 
OF THE CHAOTIC CHALLENGES OF FEELING HURT
SO MOVING OUTSIDE AND LOOKING IN FROM THERE
MAKES THE MIRROR EASIER TO UNDERSTAND,
AT LEAST FOR ME.
WE HAVE EVERYTHING WE NEED TO BE ALL THAT WE ARE
IN EVERY NOW, 
WE ARE JUST BLINDED BY OUR FILTERS
AND THUS PERCEIVING AS MUCH AS WE CAN HANDLE
AND ARE READY TO OPEN UP TO
IN EVERY GIVEN MOMENT.

THERE IS NO OUTSIDE
SOLELY OUR INSIDE REFLECTED
 IN OUR 360 DEGREE MIRRORS !! …
IN MY TRAVELS IN AND OUT 
I LEARNED THROUGH AND FROM MY REACTIONS 
TOWARDS THE LIFE I HAD CREATED
POSITIVE - NEGATIVE - NEUTRAL
TO HELP AND GUIDE ME IN FINDING WITHIN
AND IN MY MONKEY MIND'S CHITCHAT BOX,
WHAT TRUTHS DID NOT BELONG TO ME 
THAT I NEEDED TO LET GO OF (NOT JUDGE!!)
TO BE ABLE TO  
 CLEAN UP MY INNER SELF TO GIVE ME A CLEAN SLATE 
 TO FINALLY BEGIN TO SEE MYSELF IN THE LIGHT OF LOVE
REFLECTED IN MY HUMAN MIRRORS AND 
PHYSICAL REFLECTIONS.
