a contraction - tightness in our physical bodies

to who we truly are, 

a perception we have created assisted by

 some foreign belief system that we have agreed

to believe to be true 

because we were told to.

We are brainwashed,

just accept it and own it without judgement!

We cannot change what we don't own!

We ourselves agreed

 to be brainwashed to have the experience of being 

a powerless victim in Life.

It is just an idea!!!

an idea that we can shift and change and replace

with our Freedom to choose

what we want to believe to be true ...

re-claiming and re-membering to

who we Truly are!

We agreed to be brainwashed 

to believe in fear and survival and power over ...

We agreed to be brainwashed 

to believe we are not good enough and not loved

and that we need to earn approval and validation ...

We agreed to be brainwashed 

to believe in self sacrifice to earn the ticket to heaven

and to be approved of and rewarded for what we do ...

We agreed to forget that we are

Unconditionally Loved for who we are.

We don't have to prove anything to anyone,

we are all in the core of who we are

Unconditional Love Beings within Creation,

living out the ideas we agreed to explore

in a physical world of polarities becoming one ...

one being at a time 

Our experiences, responses to and perceptions of

 the unpredictable "hurricanes" of destruction

 in physical outside us,

 let us know, 

in Divine co-creation and collaboration,

to what extent we have reclaimed the Power we were taught 

to give up to survive ...

the Power of Love within,

 that lets us know and inspires us 

to follow our inner voice of inspiration and passion,

remembering to consciously create 

our own life the way we want it to be again.

If we find 

that we still believe

we are not in charge of the life we are experiencing,

if we still believe that Life happens to us ...

What's on our mind and 

how we relate to and think about ourselves

creates our resonance, which is

transmitted to our Higher Mind, 

always responding unconditionally and providing more of

 what resonates with the resonance we hold.

What does this mean ...?

This is what I believe ...

Life doesn't communicate through earth languages,

it responds and provides through resonance of energy,

frequencies that we tune into from what we believe 

to be true, how we label and define life and 

what we experience in our personal perceptions of it.

This is why we sometimes can get confused,

when we cannot see what we want to manifest, 

but only see

what we are trying to get away from.

Fighting to get away from circumstances we dislike,

fighting dis-ease, fighting this or that,

struggling and working hard to change 

self, or someone else, or a situation,

is a battle filled with fear resonance ...

 created by our negative, resentful, judgmental, 

and critical thoughts about the circumstances

 we want to replace. 

Our Universe doesn't listen to our well meaning words;

Our Universe, Higher Mind, Source

reads  and responds to our resonance,

rooted in the dislikes and the criticism and the fears

about the situation, or the person, the job that we feel.

Life is

never ever judging any of our states of resonance so 

without a flicker of hesitation we  

unconditionally will be provided for (in abundance) and

get more of what we are trying to get away from.

Where attention goes energy flows!

To be able to change and shift our reality

into one that resonates with the resonance our own dreams; 

dream relationship(-s), dream job, dream home ...

we need to be the same resonance as our dream life holds 

be able to connect.

Be the Love of Your Life,

Be the Home of Your Dreams,

Be the Health of Your Dreams ...

To raise our resonance to higher levels 

we need to start with our thoughts and our beliefs that

define our life, ourselves, our relationships, our worth.

The way we think, 

talk ... language / words focused on lacks /limitations, 

the limitations we believe to be true in the life we live ...

all these mental activities

create our feelings, 

moment to moment throughout our day.

Our feelings, negative or positive then 

create the resonance of our physical body,

which we are able to perceive in our outside world.

We can only perceive what we are the resonance of.

So living and breathing our dreams in our minds

changes our resonance from lower to higher.

To be able to replace 

what we can already see with a much happier life, 

we need to shift our focus, our thoughts and feelings 

on what we cannot yet see.

Mercury turning direct will help bring more clarity

to our relationship situations.

Venus, the goddess of love and abundance,

comes out of her shadow period today (after a Summer in retrograde)

 and

has moved into Virgo as of today ...

bringing more grounding aspects to our Love life

as she is joining both Mars(passion) and

DURING THIS COMING WEEK

THERE ARE MANY SHIFTS OF DIRECTION

AMONG THE STARS AND THE PLANETS,

WHICH CHANGES THE ENERGY 

WE ARE PROVIDED AND SUPPORTED BY.

Many of us are more 

aware and sensitive to these shifting energies

than others are, so we pay more attention

to possible shifts that could happen in our lives

and what areas we can use, what we sense is aiding us.

Where attention goes energy flows.

Change is constant;

happening more or less for all people,

but I would assume that it is more noticed by

those of us who are 

consciously focusing on the shifting energies

and choosing to work with them and 

change those areas of our lives,

that don't serve us any longer

 and don't allow us to expand into our dream lives.

Most humans want their lives to change, 

but would prefer not to change themselves.

We keep running around in our everyday life

thinking about our life and what we don't like about it,

so without consciously being aware

we send out requests for change (subconsciously.)

All is good and well while all the necessary details

for our changes are worked out behind the scenes,

while we are running around in our hamster wheels, 

doing the same things day in and day out,

and really don't pay attention to the changes we could do

to consciously begin to change the aspects and belief systems,

 that really

are draining us and where we waste our energy.

It is our innately lazy human nature ...

and our fear of discovering the lies that 

are making us live the way we live ...

we run around inside the boxes of what we know

out of fear and working hard(!) to make a living to survive,

avoiding the big leaps of faith into the unknown.

Being stressed and going going going all the time

creates a reality where

we don't really have time to pay attention to our senses

to know when big changes are

coming closer and closer ...

We may sense subtle feeling sensations,

 like before the first snow,

but we have made our hamster wheels of life spin 

so fast so we ignore the signs to not interrupt the speed.

If we would pay attention we would feel a shift in energy,

the same way we can sense,

 when from one day to another

the change of season is on our doorstep.

We can smell the first fall in the air,

we can see the clouds shifting from summer-fall clouds

to winter clouds ...

Life changes happen the same way ...

sometimes subtle shifts, 

other times complete break downs of old structures.

When changes are moving through our lives

like raging flash floods and taking us by surprise,

we tend to forget that we have asked for these changes

during a long time.

We always receive what we ask for!

When we ask for big changes out in the world

it always starts with ourselves.

We cannot change anyone else,

we can only change ourselves.

What we perceive from our outside world 

holds the same resonance as we do ourselves,

so pointing finger and blaming the outside

for our inner pain is pointless.

We cannot change what we don't know and own,

so the peaceful love filled changes we wanted 

always bring to our awareness, 

what is not so peaceful in our minds.

We first receive what we need, 

typically self diminishing belief systems, 

that hold us back and don't allow us to grow and evolve.

Belief systems that tell us not to believe in ourselves.

This week is a turning point;

it feels like a very big intersection

where we want to know what direction we want to take.

We can choose to LET GO of 

NOT believing in our own Truth,

NOT believing in our own Dreams,

NOT believing in Love ...

We can choose to turn onto the FREEway,

that will take us straight to new ideas and new possibilities

to realize the Life and the Love that we want.

Trusting and allowing ourselves to be

more and more of all that we can be.

It is Time for us Humans 

to be Happy and Enjoy Life

and Love being who we are 

without judgement and criticism.

Believe in You!

AS THEY ARE FACING

UNKNOWN PHYSICAL REALITIES AND CULTURES,

THEY HAVE ONLY HEARD STORIES ABOUT. 

THE REFUGEES ARE ARRIVING "NAKED AND SCARED"

BETTING ALL THEY HAVE ON A LEAP OF FAITH,

HAVING TO TRUST AND 

BE AT THE MERCY OF FOREIGNERS/ HUMAN BEINGS

THEY HAVE NO COMMON LANGUAGE WITH.

THE VERY SAME HUMANS,

 WHO ALSO HAVE THEIR KNOWN REALITIES

AND THEMSELVES CHALLENGED AND SHOOK UP,

 BY THE REFUGEES

ROOTED IN UNKNOWN CULTURES ARRIVING IN MASSES;

FROM CULTURES, 

THAT THEY'VE ONLY HEARD MEDIA STORIES ABOUT.

BIG BEAUTIFUL CHANGES AND SHIFTS,

THAT WILL BRING ABOUT 

ALL COLORS OF RESONANCE

OF GROWTH AND OF EXPANSION ...

ONE LOVE

 BIRTHING AND UNFOLDING!

Choosing change is part of life on earth ...

with every choice we make in our trains of thoughts and beliefs, 

some aspects of our personal life shifts

into new ways of being.

Our choices of change are all depending on 

the state of being we are choosing from ....

Fear OR Love.

The two major polar opposite states of resonance

that we swing between until we find 

our own center of being.

The resonance we are making our choices from 

will continue to be reflected 

for us to expand and grow from,

throughout all the perceptions we explore.

The Universe always responds with unconditional Love

to our wants,

 showing us the blocks and boulders / belief systems 

we need to recognize and realize, first and foremost,

 that are not allowing us to have and be

all that we want to be and are.

Our never failing resonance always sends out 

the true signals of our vibrational frequency 

created from what we believe to be true;

while our words though might speak a different language 

related to the dreams we want to manifest,

our resonance is the only language our Universe knows

how to respond to.

What we don't fully believe to be True won't realize,

until we have cleared out what makes us doubt 

WHO WE TRULY ARE.

We are learning,

 more and more, moment to moment, 

to intellectually choose words 

describing and spoken from the Love

that we want to feel for Self and for others,

to be able to change our life  

into a Life of Passion

filled with our own dreams and desires manifested.

These new wordings 

that we are teaching ourselves to use, 

in our inner and outer conversations,

are the Bright Divine Lanterns 

that are bringing out to our awareness, 

and illuminating 

our every day negative fear filled language and 

the train of thoughts of self diminishing mind chatter,

that we have been trained to use,

 to keep us in the lower frequencies of resonance, 

 realizing and justifying

our chosen survival mode and scarcity realities.

WHAT WE DON'T OWN WE CANNOT CHANGE!

TO CREATE THE LIFE AND THE LOVE,

 THAT WE DREAM ABOUT,

we have to first 

BE THE SAME RESONANCE,

that our Dream Life and Dream Love partner, 

our Dream Friends and Family, Dream Health and

Opportunities and Prospering Success and Wealth 

hold.

When we are not yet 

in the same sacred, and matching resonance 

as our abundant Dreams, 

Prospering and Succeeding ...

the resonance that we hold will keep on realizing 

what we need(!) rather than what we want,  

that keeps us holding the STOP sign in front of us 

blocking and 

not allowing the abundance that we are 

be brought to our awareness ...

 Until we have let go of all the layers,

that hold us back,

we keep living and enjoying and exploring our journey,

learning about who we truly are ...

BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT "PERFECT" 

AS VIEWED BY OTHER PEOPLE.

TO GIVE THEM A "CHARGE"

DRIVING FOR THE FIRST TIME ....

I REMEMBER 

driving for the first time by my self

after I got my driver's license ...

Do You??

I felt like I was in a frenzy of a flash flood 

of experiences,

all able to take me to hell and back ...

It was scary...

clutch, finding the gears, 

paying attention to all the traffic signs,

finding which streets to turn and what lane to be in,

turn lights, breaks, rear view mirrors, 

other people's cars and ways, speed limits and

my own speed, ice, snow, rain, sun ... 

all providing different circumstances 

in how to drive responsibly ...

Trusting my own intuition was all I had!

How fast we move in unknown terrains 

needs to be related to the circumstances, our intuition,

and our own skills from what we know from experience.

It was Overwhelming to say the least,

especially since I chose to get my drivers license 

on the other side of 30,

 so I had more of a sense (than a younger person)

what could/might go wrong and 

how fast my experience could shift and change

if I didn't pay attention to all the different aspects

in traffic including 

other driver's possible lacks of skills and attention span.

When we upgrade our knowledge and understanding

of a new skill in how we want to live life,

many of us might believe we know it all

and that the driving will be easy ...

Being behind the staring wheel in charge of the driving

is a learning process(!) before it becomes automatic.

We can read all the books handed to us

but without choosing to fully experience life first hand,

through trial and error,

we won't really know anything

about cause and effect,

choosing one side before the other.

Being overprotective and controlling of children 

is robbing them of their needed life experiences.

A parent has accepted a responsibility and

 a privilege to lovingly oversee

a child's curiosity and adventures to explore life,

not to control every move they choose;

 rather redirect or stand close by their side as needed 

in their life exploration ...

Showing the young one that we trust

their learning experiences to understand more

about the options of 

their healthy successful choices 

versus the polar opposite ones available, 

helps them develop a strong inner intuition 

to know the consequences of positive/ negative choices.

We cannot make healthy choices

 if we don't know both sides of the fence ...

Small children small challenges,

big children big challenges!

Humans who have grown up being told

what to do, how to do, what to like, what is wrong,

what is right, who to be, what to look like ... to fit in ...

are lost in life and are profoundly disconnected 

from their own intuitive gut feelings of 

what is right or wrong for them.

We all have different paths to walk so we all have

different choices that we need to make to take us forward

on our own choice of life path.

Most humans tend to still live 

by rules and beliefs and definitions,

that we were taught and trained to trust and rely on 

for survival.

We hang onto them like cliff hangers in fear of dying.

When we don't know how to trust our own inner self

we rely on the outside to tell us what to do and be ...

we listen and obey by the rules we have been/are given

rather than seek and find our own.

We live disconnected from our own truth and our own bodies,

that are our only source of true guidance to 

a healthy life style and to succeed in living our dreams.

The rules and beliefs we have inherited and stolen 

from beings in our past have taught us to turn our backs

away from our True Inner Self guidance.

When babies are born,

most are rewarded for making their parents 

proud and happy, and

 reprimanded if the baby is making them feel shame and guilt.

As new borns we are emotionally One 

with our mothers for 18 months,

we feel what they feel, we know what they think ...

When babies don't behave and grow as "they should"

parents feel fear, feel guilt, feel shame etc etc

Babies, toddlers, children

scan everything, this is how we learn to 

behave and please and ask the outside for guidance,

to make the outside smile back at us.

We want our parents to be happy and proud of us ... 

This doesn't make us happy as we grow and mature.

We keep doing it out of fear for not fitting in, not surviving ...

while we at the same time are deeply unhappy and lonely inside.

It may feel like we have a black hole within 

and we may feel like we are lost in the darkness of it.

We keep looking outside for help and assistance to 

fill this empty dark space like we were trained to do,

and blaming the outside for our failing efforts ...

The only way to illuminate this dark tunnel inside

is to go within!

The emptiness cannot be fulfilled from the outside,

if you choose to pull from outside

 you will fill the space with a stranger,

someone who will most likely leave the space when he/she wants to;

 Only You can fill You with You!

We need to seek and find and 

decipher the beliefs and definitions

that make our perception of life so filled 

with fear and loneliness and lack of Joy.

What are the beliefs that we believe to be true

that are driving our car and

that are convincing us to make the same choices

over and over and over again

expecting new different fulfilling results ...

Choosing Groundhog-day for ever.

Learning to live Life in a New Way is a Process!

Not a hard and difficult process, 

just a process!

We can choose between struggling and effortless life styles,

which one are you attracted to??

which one do you choose??!!

When We find the beliefs and definitions

 that do not serve our highest dreams any more,

our True Process is to make new and different choices

to be able to change the outcome of our life.

Choose to be unconditional in Loving You and 

Your Life will shift direction!

Nobody but You can experience that process for You. 

Practice makes good, 

through learning by doing! 

Use other people for inspiration 

rather than to have them tell you what to do ...

we have all done that and we all know how that doesn't work.

You can only do You!

everybody else is taken!

GUILT BACKWARDS!

I over-heard an interesting comment

from a stranger the other week and 

loved the message in it ...

"When we feel guilty, 

there is something good in it for us,

related to our True Path ... 

  Go For It ...!!!"

We have been trained to believe

that we are guilty of wrong doing,

that we egoistic / selfish

 if we follow our own desires and dreams!

Entering our earth experiences

we were given a gift of assistance

through feeling sensations of guilt 

to guide us in knowing "right from wrong" personally,

so we would learn how to

 stay on our own sacred path of experiences and themes.

What happened with these feelings of guilt

was that they ended up being used as  "tools"

for manipulation to make us deplete ourselves 

in self sacrifice and focus on the outside, rather than

follow our own inner passion and dreams.

We learned to obey by comments like

"shame on You ...!"

"You are guilty of ...!"

" You need to be punished ...!"

expressed by self-righteous (scared to be wrong)

and judgmental humans needing to be in control.

Most often we have accepted 

these programs and games of "rights and wrongs" 

created and decided by others,

 as real and self-limiting rules of life.

Victim consciousness trying to survive by pleasing.

As soon as we, 

as young ones chose an experience to learn from, 

to understand cause and effect,

that others did not approve of out of fear,

we were judged and made feel guilty and 

were labelled as wrong doers.

All in good faith, derived

from inherited beliefs and definitions of living in fear.

How can we grow and evolve if don't have experiences

and are allowed to "judge for ourselves"

 what is right or wrong for us,

without other humans getting involved 

with their self-righteousness and 

pretentious self importance?!

This is where we all ended up living backwards ...

Most of us feel guilty 

when we do things for ourselves,

when we dare to follow our own inner guidance,

and thus many of us tend to leave our own desires and

move out from our own hearts and 

instead follow what others want us to do and be,

so all the others get a chance 

"to be happy and feel important."

We turn into working "bank accounts" of energy;

always spending, 

wasting our precious energy to fulfill other people's needs.

The Consequence to this sacrifice is

if something goes wrong, according to the other person's opinion,

 we end up being the guilty ones.

In our efforts to Please and 

Earn to be Loved and Validated

we take away the other person's birth right to learn

through his/her choices!

Plain and simple this teaches us  

"to live! and let live!" 

We don't really know what others need for their growth,

so when we project onto them what we ourselves would like,

we get blamed and made the cause of "the problem unfolding."

When we Love another the way we want to be Loved ...

we tend to forget to

 Love them the way they want to be Loved!

We cannot really Love another before 

We Know How to Love Ourselves.

Don't put demands on others to Love You,

before You know How to Love YourSelf 

without judgement!

Don't Judge other People's Dreams

if You don't allow Yourself to Live Your Own Dreams!

Love and Know Thyself Unconditionally!

then the rest takes care of itself ...
