my personal naked understanding of Intimacy:

The ULTIMATE CHALLENGE

 in our world of matter, 

is to ALLOW ourselves

 to Love and be Loved deeper and deeper!

Without allowing Intimacy to develop

in a relationship 

Love is bound to stay just Love without depth,

and eventually create boredom and friction,

where there was so much excitement and joy 

in "the falling in Love phase."

What is INTIMACY?

Intimacy is having the courage 

to be naked and seen and heard in Truth.

So if we don't have the courage to be 

and have that with Self,

we will probably not be successful

in Intimacy with another.

RELATIONSHIPS

give us a sacred opportunity!!

to discover what definitions and lies

we are hiding behind

so we don't have to show up 

and be vulnerable and naked and unguarded,

UNMASKED.

INTIMACY,

is sharing my story and 

listening to another sharing theirs,

and not having the urge to fix the stories shared.

When we give ourselves a space

to share our most intimate stories without (self-)judgement

we are building the foundation for Intimacy.

When we don't feel safe with our naked truth within,

we will probably not feel safe

telling our story to another either.

DEFINITIONS!

We need to be honest and truthful

about the definitions (lies)

we have and hold dear to heart to "protect" us from "dangers"!

These definitions are running our lives,

and not allowing us to realize

Self Love and Intimate Relations.

I am not just talking about romantic ones,

friendships, family etc

 also part of the Intimacy Challenge.

HOW MANY OF YOU STRANGERS OUT THERE IN THE WORLD

HAVE DEFINITIONS YOU LIVE BY DAILY???!

ABOUT 

MEN AND WOMEN,

WOMEN AND WOMEN,

MEN AND MEN,

FRIENDS,

FAMILY,

INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS,

VULNERABLE AND PROTECTED,

BLACKS AND WHITES AND REDS AND YELLOWS,

RIGHT AND WRONG,

GOOD OR BAD,

PICTURES IN OUR HEADS 

HOW THINGS SHOULD BE AND BE DONE,

ENDLESS RULES HOW 

YOU AND ME AND ALL OTHERS

NEED TO SHOW UP IN OUR DAILY LIFE.

CAN YOU PEOPLE FEEL HOW TIRED AND OUT OF FUEL 

ALL THESE DEFINITIONS MAKE US??! 

WHEN WE, IN FEAR, ALLOW THEM 

TO RUN OUR DAILY SHOW OF LIFE!

WE ARE TIP TOEING ON EGGSHELLS 

AND MASKING US AND OUR WORDS

SO NOBODY WILL SEE US FOR REAL!

LET GO!!! AND SET YOURSELF FREE TO BE YOU!!!!

LET'S FIND OUR OWN TRUTH,

AND BE THE TRUE SELVES WE ENTERED THIS EARTH TO BE

HOW CAN WE LOVE WHAT SCARES US THE MOST??!!

When we choose to learn, understand and know

why our fears and doubts

are participating in our Lives!!

NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING!!!

is excluded from ourselves 

if we are perceiving and experiencing it in our lives!

OWN IT ALL AND WE CAN CHANGE IT!

ALL that we feel, sense, experience

is a profound part of us,

whether we like it or not.

ALL might not be our true selves' Truth,

it might just be a belief and a definition 

that we have stolen from someone else,

parents, culture, religion, other teachers etc
BUT nonetheless it is running our lives!

FEELINGS OF FEAR, DOUBT, JUDGEMENT

that we experience 

are only (very important!!) messengers that let us know 

that we are holding onto a belief system, a definition,

that is not ours and that have nothing to do

with our True Selves!

ASK YOURSELF :
and define;

WHAT DO I HAVE TO BELIEVE TO MAKE MYSELF

 THIS SCARED AND DOUBTFUL OF MYSELF!!??? 

OWN IT ALL AND WE CAN CHANGE IT!!!

QIUT THE BLAME GAME!!!

IT KEEPS US FROM BEING ALL THAT WE ARE!

WE CAN'T PERCEIVE WHAT WE DON'T CONTAIN!

When we look at our lives with LOVING EYES!

When we listen to our lives with LOVE FILLED EARS!

When our senses are charged with our SELF LOVE!

We stay around and sort our believes and definitions out, and

can actually learn something about why our lives 

have been the way they have been.

We can LET GO of the rules and regulations,

that make us scared and doubtful,

and make up our own definitions to be embraced and enjoyed.

The more we choose to enjoy every aspect of life as an adventure,

a virtual projection to help us grow and merge

and re-member with our True Selves, 

the faster we will set ourselves Free to be and live our own Truth!

Love your colds and pains and they heal much faster,

instead of forcing them "to heal" by numbing them down, 

"silencing the imbalance" trying to get our attention! 

Our Higher Mind (Self) is a powerful Creative Force of Life

and it will find a way to get our attention!

The sooner we listen, hear and receive the messages with Gratitude, 

the sooner we can release and move on!

I believe we all want to be Happy(- er),

we all want to rid ourselves

of the doom and gloom of the past.

Many of us are not really aware 

that there is a much easier way to live,

than the life we presently pursue …

We are so used to struggle and suffering and pain,

that it is automatic.

We need to look inside a little,

why we are so a attached to the hard times,

the Blues of Life,

with its highs and lows.

One easy way to unravel and change 

is to look at life as a play,

we are writing the screenplay

as we go and flow.

The producer directing us is 

our Higher Mind and our unseen helpers,

but we ourselves are choosing moment to moment

if we want to create a drama, 

a comedy,

action movie,

 or a feel good movie etc

What is your movie of choice for today?!?

are you watching a movie or are you living your movie?

We all seek variety in life!

That is why we stir up things from time to time

when we experience life as boring. 

We don't want to get depressed,

because we have judgement around 

that state of being.

We know people that are depressed,

they don't look good!

and they remind us about our own Blues!

All the negative thoughts,

belief systems, and emotions

that we hide inside and

refuse to deal with out of fear

are keys to the doorway to depression.

Who wants to open up that door in the go-go-go of life??

We are so unaware of our motivation

behind our choices of screen play,

so terrified of finding out 

that all is in our own heads,

the overwhelming number of 

negative believes and pictures

of how life is supposed to be.

These pictures create the harshness of life.

We "try" to live up to them even when we know 

they are not for us.

Many don't even open the door to look in,

Know that "the danger" is not in the stepping in 

it is in the avoiding of stepping in …

You know the suspension in a movie 

when you know something is about to happen,

you know it will appear from the dark,

but you don't really know "the monster" 

that is going to show up and where and when …!!

Life is the same way,

that is why we distract ourselves from finding out

about our least favorite movie, the movie inside!

We speed up our life and 

have to DO something all the time instead of being.

Who turns off the music (sound) in a suspension movie?!?

Who grabs a pillow to cover your eyes?!?

Who suddenly has an urge to go to the restroom?!?

Who hates those movies and wouldn't even watch one?!?

We live our own suspension movie 

when we choose not to reveal the inner script

that runs our life.

We can't really change what we 

choose not to know! 

Where do you believe all the 

fears and anxieties come from?!

They come from the suspension movie inside,

always running with colors and vibrantly alive.

Fears are only messengers, I see them as "gremlins", 

that show up to inform us that we have 

a belief system of negative kind, harmful to us

that wishes to retire!

Listen and look into "what you have to believe 

about yourself to feel that much fear in your situation of choice."

Lack of Self Worth is absolutely

a major contributor to our choice of state of being!

even when we "look good" behind our masks

and seem to have it all down.

We keep changing the stage (outside of us) for our play,

different decors, different actors, different lines …

GROUNDHOG DAY

will consistently show up on the stage though!!

The script/the screen play is the same,

until we know why we keep choosing it over and over,

even when it sucks and is full of BS. 

We always take ourselves with us!!

We are our screenplay keepers!!

The screen play is directed by our Higher Selves (Minds),

because it really wants us to know

what is running/fueling our scripts of life on Earth,

so we can change them!

H.S. talks Louder and Louder if we don't listen!

So listen carefully to the fear gremlins,

what bed stories they are telling you

that you keep close to heart,

that keep you in the loop of the same choice of experience.

The purpose that we are in a physical life form,

a Master Class in evolution,

is to transform darkness into light.

To uncover the True Self within,

and thus change how 

we experience and perceive 

the life on Earth the we have chosen and been given.

Earth Life can be a Life of

 fun and play,

Happiness and Love,

abundance and success,

and truly inclusively connected to All That Is!

But we need to know our darkness and Love it

with Gratitude because of all the wisdom

it provides us first.

The foundation for a Life in Love;

without knowing the Dark we won't know the Light.

They complement each other

They respect each other 

They know whole heartedly that they need each other

 to be the shining inspiration

for all individual and collective Creativity 

to take boundless form!

WE ARE TRULY TRANSFORMING ...

NEW MOON,

PLANETS RETROGRADING  AND DIRECTING …

If that makes any sense for you??!

I don't follow the planetary shifts and changes,

 but I am definitely

aware of the planetary impacts on 

what I am sensing and experiencing

 in my physical Life.

I don't even have to know that something has shifted astrologically

to feel and sense the influences.

If I wish to confirm what Im picking up to myself

 I just pull out  

one of my Tarot (Oracle) Decks

or look at some astrological transits,

and I receive a confirmation of the influences, 

that I sensed already.

Finally after last month, 

 including after the entire Fall, 

digging around in my own personal swamp lands

of belief systems,

I had hoped it was over ... at least a little,

so that I could start focusing on something 

more touchable, more productive and creative,

something new and different.

I felt that I was totally fed up with 

being a recluse introvert digging around in the fear swamps,
(fears only appear when we live a lie that is not ours, messengers)

discovering more and more,

that I live and had lived my entire life

guided by inner belief systems that

kept me in my own fear rut of life with 

the samo, samo themes,
even if I had definitely changed

big chunks of my perceptions of Life previously.
Sometimes the statement "there is always more to be found"
 is exhausting.

My passion in life has always been

understanding myself and my choices,
VERY EMPOWERING!!

My fear of my own fears,
(as a little one I was always punished when I felt fear
resulted in a deep fear for fear)

 just stopped me from taking the fast ride 

down into my personal dark basements 

below my visibly perceived "dark n cold basements."

It felt as if the underworld ruled by the underdog,

suddenly showed me an infinite number of 

swamps below the basements down under.

These swamp lands that I experienced recently felt different,

like diving into the collective swamps not only my own (inclusive).

To not go into the the details 

of my experiences,

there is just one word,

WOW!

It is a journey I did out of my own free will and out of curiosity,

but a journey I hope was my last to that depth down under,  haha ...

I definitely lost the fear of my fears,

and found infinite understanding of my darkness,

and discovered (and still is) much wisdom of myself and

most important, i know what is definitely not me ...

The grandest rewards of this deep Soul Search …

That experience makes this challenge and next and next

so much easier, because of all the tools 

I acquired and can use again and again and

be able to focus on other aspects of the clearing of the BS

that I have kept so near and dear to my heart.

Like my Life depended on it.

I believe this is why we have such a hard time letting go,

because "our lives have depended on them" for a long long time,

ALL the belief systems that we have lived by.

Doesn't matter that they are lies,

we still trusted them with our survival and lives.

All our relationships, 

with others and ourselves 

(that's the order we have had them),

have been backwards.

All our Dreams and our jobs 

working hard for survival

to support "the smart people's" Dreams.

All the segregations, separations, me and them believes,

not owning even our own feelings and reactions,

blaming them on all and everyone and everything 

outside us.

We have given away our innate power,

our birthright to choose how to live and realize our dreams

to the lie that we are exclusive and separated.

The old Orion structures of Power over, 

implemented into the structures of 

Predator - Prey lifestyles.

Validating life and all of us in it according to the rules of

 more valuable versus worthless …
Money getting the blame for peoples negative belief systems,
powerlessness, and poverty mindsets. 

So most of us have only lived by the "truth" of 

judgement and criticism, guilt and shame

better or worse, black and white etc

Most of our choices have been made

based on fear of not being good enough,

not being inclusive.

We all learned early on that we needed an infinite

number of masks to convince our chosen surroundings
that we belonged.

Living by the rules based on (self) lies

to just to fit in, 

look the right way, be the right way, 

dress the right appropriate way,

have the right style, 

talk the right way, say the right things,

please and kiss butt … it goes on and on and on and on …

just to be included somewhere

and accepted is the most
Powerful Betrayal and Deception towards ourselves.

I believe that Happy people live Happy lives

and the only way to find that Happy way of Life 

is to search within for the truth about Self ...

Look at humanity …

How many people live truly their own True Selves?!?

Who made up the rules how we should live?

and Who accepted the rules and 

what happened to those who did not?!?

I am not saying what people should do or not do ... 

I just think that we would be much happier and

much more successful and fulfilled and creatively productive,

if we chose to live our own Truth

and Live our own Dreams,

 to the best of our ability.

One Way to find that Freeway is to follow
our Highest Inspiration

and pray for help and guidance and 

TRUST THAT WE ALL ARE INCLUSIVE AND LOVED 

EXACTLY AS WE ARE!

We don't have to be better ever, 

but we could be more if we so choose ...

ASTROLOGY … NEW MOON … SHIFTING - CHANGING

Do we experience pull - push sensations

this first month of the Chinese Horse year??!!
It feels like the Horse is standing on its rear hooves,
balancing and kicking with its front legs in the air,
 while I am desperately clinging on to its mane
to not be left behind when it takes off.

The New Moon coming up with both Moon and Sun 

in Pisces and planets left and right 

shifting into forward motion and inward motion

makes me feel as if there are 

four different universal vacuum cleaners, 

two sucking my energy inwards and 

two giving me a big push in the back

for forward motion.

You can all imagine what that feels like.

I feel like my whole system is breathing in and out 

in a universal powerful creative way of

Letting Go and Inviting in.
It is like being in total synch with
the united breath of All That Is!

The 4 Planets I am talking about

are Mercury and Jupiter, Saturn and Mars.

Mercury; the communicator related to everything that 

keeps us all connected
through thoughts, words, writing, phones, computers etc

turning direct tomorrow Friday the 28th, 

to help us bring out the inner clarity of communications,

that we have become aware of during the 3 weeks of 

retrograde (inner chit chat) that we've had this month. 

Mars; goes retrograde on the 1st of March, 

maybe in support for us to find a direction of our

self expressions or renew the ones we already love.

It all starts within so an inwards journey finding

out where we really want to focus our intention,

might be what is in front of us,

Writing new wows with our selves … 

Saturn; our beautiful teacher of lacks and limitations, 

safety and security

turns retrograde on March 3.

Helping us take another look within at our belief systems,

that paint the picture in our heads,

 what is possible and impossible in relation to what 

we dream about and would love to materialize

in our world of choice.

Saturn is tough if we resist to let go of our negative believes.

Also if we want to rush ahead and not deal with 

our shortcomings that are blocking our path.

Saturn rules Capricorn and we know how 

persistent the goats are climbing up vertical mountain walls.

We have to do our inner work to know,

 where to put our hooves down to not loose our balance
in the much faster pace of evolution that we are facing.

Jupiter; the expander, turns (finally)
direct (in Cancer) again on March 6,

where it has been swimming around (with backwards strokes)

for months and months in an inwards swim.

For us to really learn about our emotional relationships within and
 with the life that we have chosen, or wish to choose.

What we have found out about our emotional dream state

we know have a chance to expand out into our external life.

While all this is taking place 

the South Node - North Node axel 

has shifted signs (as the Sun entered Pisces)

into Aries - Libra.

Supports and reflects our redefining of our I AM

self expression (Aries ruled by Mars) …

while the North Node (spiritual Soul purpose) 

in Libra (Venus ruled)

brings out partner ships - new ones - old ones, fairness,

business, balance to the forefront. 

HOW EXCITING!

I dare say!

Challenging taboo! but exciting at the same time!

I use astrology as a reflection rather than something that 

rules my life, the same way I work with Tarot readings.

Nothing is stated as a fact of future any more!

Our Free Will of Choice is so much more 

instant and powerful these days.

We are entering the Unknown on a deeper level every day!

and are challenged to choose and live from our

in every choice we make!

TRUST! 

is pivotal, without seeing the results in physical!

BELIEVING!

in our Dreams without a single doubt is profoundly pivotal!

LETTING GO!

is critical, clearing our path from old clutter and distractions!

FOCUS!

to be able to strengthen our intentions is important!

It is such a perfect reflection to 

why we get disappointed in Life!

Let Go of Expectations!

Our imagination Dreams away

creating images of a desired reality

that we would Love to Live.

What screws it all up is our EGO

getting stuck in the images

and refusing to let them go!

(we freeze the creative flow) 

REMEMBER!

We are on Earth to transform 

darkness into light,

To create our Dream Reality

with our limited(!) physical imagination.

Even when we Dream Big (!),

we can't really imagine 

beyond our limitations!

So the trick is

 Dream Big!

and then let the Dream go!

Don't let go of the excitement though! 

Stay in your vibrant State of Being

 that the Images of your Dreams 

let you feel within!

LET THE IMAGINED DREAM GO, 

BUT KEEP THE EXCITEMENT ALIVE!

and keep LIVING as if your Dream 

already IS.

Your Dream Life exists

just in a parallel reality of yours,

a reality that your frequency antennas 

are tuning into little by little,
case sensitive **)).

Anything that you hold onto,

(a lower vibrational belief system i.e.),

that disturbs the reception, 

when turning the tuning knob,

brings in a different bubble of reality

that needs to be experienced first.

If we want a New Way of Life to unfold,

all negative believes,
 that distort our frequency and make it tricky
to tune into "the channel" 

that we are looking for,

need to be owned and released.

Looking for a New Experience

is like turning the tuning knob on a radio

to locate a new channel 

with clear reception.

NOT POSSIBLE!

We would not be able to dream 

something that is not already existing within!

What we don't contain,

we can't imagine and perceive.

DREAM ON AND DREAM BIG!

THEN LET IT GO!

BUT LIVE VIBRANTLY 

AS IF YOU HAD IT ALL

BECAUSE YOU DO!

JUST TWEAK YOUR FREQUENCY

AND BEFORE YOU KNOW IT

ANOTHER DAY AND MANY NEW BEGINNINGS

HAPPY MONDAY TO YOU …

A New Beginning contains an infinite number of New Beginnings …

Every moment we become all New to never be the same again.
Everything we are attached to we keep dragging with us.

We all know how much it costs on an airplane
when the baggage weighs more than allowed for safety.

The same with us humans and life,
the more baggage we hang onto the more it will cost us,
It will weigh us down!

We are so conditioned to live in a certain way,
that moving (leaping) outside the box of our chosen lifestyle,
is something we resist and avoid if possible.

Humans carry so much shame and "not look good" complex,
that being different from what we have been,
with all our masks on,
seems more challenging than continuing to live the old way.

If we did not give aspects of Life, the way we know it,
a negative or positive judgement,
it would be so much easier for us to choose …
we would just choose out of excitement and curiosity.
Like a little one exploring the world from a place of
trust and curiosity and excitement,
components of an adventure.

 The grown-up world taught us (from their fears)
the values of positive or negative,
usually reinforced with laughter or screaming.

We are very fast learners (through observation) as children!

Most of the time we are taught to be scared,
because parents are so scared of loosing their children.

Parents want children to make the parents feel safe,
while they on their hand
teach the kids to relate to Life with fear.

Grown ups (to a great extent) live their parents lives (still),
with all the positive and negative values given to them as a child
to prevent it from exploring too much, making the parent scared!

BACKWARDS!!!


WHAT IF …??

You were given the opportunity to let go 

of everything you've known as your way of life

and change it into something totally different,

What would you let go of and What would you keep??

and

What would you invite in to support your New Life?!

Let Go of "Mr Yeah- But…"
