AND THE LAST SQUARE ASTROLOGICALLY

A TRUE OPPORTUNITY TO SHIFT

THE WAY WE HAVE LIVED/LIVE OUR LIVES.

WE ARE FINALLY LETTING GO

 OF WHAT HAS BEEN STOPPING AND BLOCKING US 

OR HAVE MADE US PROCRASTINATE IN FEAR.

NOT BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN LAZY OR UNWILLING,

BUT BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN CHALLENGED

WITH SO MANY NEGATIVE PERCEPTIONS OF WAYS OF LIFE,

THE LEGACY WE TOOK OVER

AND BELIEVED WAS THE ONLY WAY TO LIVE,

TO SURVIVE, AND BE ACCEPTED.

IT WAS GIVEN TO US IN LOVE,

THE ONLY WAY PEOPLE KNEW LOVE BACK WHEN.

WE ACCEPTED THE GIFT,

BELIEVING IT WAS THE ONLY WAY TO LIVE,

EVEN THOUGH IT MIGHT NOT HAVE FELT RIGHT,

EVEN THOUGH IT DID NOT MAKE US

 FEEL FREE AND HAPPY, AND

 THAT WE HAD A LIFE ADVENTURE BEFORE US

FILLED WITH ENDLESS OPPORTUNITIES.

MAYBE FOR SOME IT WAS ALRIGHT,

BUT FOR MOST OF US LIFE FELT LIKE AN 

OBLIGATION OF HAVE TOs,

THAT WE HAD NOT DESIGNED FOR US ...

BUT WE DID CO-CREATE IT ALL!

WE JUST DID NOT KNOW WHAT IT WOULD 

BE AND FEEL LIKE TO EXPERIENCE 

FEAR AND SEGREGATION IN PHYSICAL.

ALL HAS BEEN GOOD AND WELL,

THE BIG CHALLENGE IS THAT WE BECAME

SO ADDICTED TO LIVING IN FEAR,

 SEPARATED FROM LOVE,

THAT WE NEEDED AN INTERVENTION FROM UNIVERSE,

AND FROM LIFE TO HELP SET US FREE. 

WE'VE BEEN CRYING FOR HELP!,

BUT THEN WE DID NOT LET THE HELP IN, 

BECAUSE WE WERE TOO AFRAID TO LET GO

OF THE ONLY SAFE PLACE WE'VE KNOWN,

DESPITE THE STRUGGLES WE HAVE EXPERIENCED.

WE HUMANS ARE FUNNY LIKE THAT ;-)

WE ASK FOR AND WANT SO MUCH,

BUT WE NEVER LET IT IN,

 WHEN IT KNOCKS ON THE DOOR.

WHY??!!

BECAUSE WE HAVE DEFINED THE HELP AND

BELIEVE IT HAS TO SHOW UP IN A CERTAIN WAY

FOR US TO BE ABLE TO KNOW IT IS RIGHT ...

WE HAVE SO MANY RULES AND LINE DRAWINGS

IN DETAIL HOW WE WANT OUR LIFE TO LOOK AND BE.

FOR EXAMPLE,

PICTURE A NEW PARTNER,

HOW MANY OF US HAVE A PILE OF ATTRIBUTES

THAT NEED TO BE FULFILLED,

SO WHEN THE PERFECT MATCH ARRIVES AND 

HE/SHE DOESN'T LOOK OR ACT THE WAY WE

HAVE PAINTED IT IN OUR HEADS

WE REJECT AND DON'T EVEN LOOK TWICE.

JUST AS AN EXAMPLE ...

THE LINEAR WAY,

 THAT WE HAVE BEEN TAUGHT AND KNOW IS 

A TRAP THAT MOST OF US GET CAUGHT IN ...

WE BELIEVE THAT LIFE NEEDS TO SHOW UP

IN ORDER(!) FOR US TO GET IT,

SO WE DON'T EVEN SEE WHAT IS RIGHT IN FRONT

OF OUR NOSES ...

LIFE DOESN'T HAVE TO MAKE SENSE!

RECEIVING/MAKING MONEY DOESN'T HAVE TO MAKE SENSE!

LOVE DOESN'T HAVE TO MAKE SENSE!

I DON'T HAVE TO MAKE SENSE TO YOU AND 

YOU DON'T HAVE TO MAKE SENSE TO ME!

LIBERATING OR WHAT?!?!!!

THIS MONTH OF MARCH IS 

AN OPPORTUNITY OF A MAJOR BREAK-THROUGH.

HIGHER PERSPECTIVE/ PERCEPTION

I HAVE, AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER,

CLIMBED UPHILL WHEN

I NEEDED TO FIND PEACE WITHIN,

WHEN IN NEED TO RELEASE STRESS ...

Where I grew up we had a "mountain"

as we called it back when ...

Today I would call it a hill 

created by big boulders fused together by time.

I always felt at home and in Peace,

when I had the bigger picture

and vistas below me and was able to view 

as far as the sphere of Mother Earth allowed me to.

The longer I have lived in this physical form,

the Higher up in Altitude 

I have found my view point of life to be,

overlooking my world 

from a Bigger Picture perspective.

I have never enjoyed "ground level" housing,  

it has always made me feel closed in and compressed

to fit into a dungeon of chaos,

 made up of my perceived stressful details of life, 

trying to micro manage everything,

to be in control ...

Since I left my root family home,

I have not lived on ground floor level ever,

 except for a couple of times in the Rockies ...

Slightly different since we're higher up 

than most places anyway.

But still, 

both these times I experienced all the painful,

diminishing details of my perceived childhood.

We always experience our home

from the perspective we need

to be able to have the experiences we are seeking

to perceive the consequences of 

what we trust to be true.

When I look back, in retrospect, 

I realize that I have lived on the Highest Peak

of every town/city (frequency) I have ever experienced

and never below second floor.

I used to curse it because I have always travelled

by bicycle, Winter as well as Rainy Summers.

To get home I always had the wind in my face

and endless uphill pedaling in snow, ice and rain ...

an obvious metaphor for my Life experiences in general.

On Rare occasions 

there was no wind, plain bright and caressing sunshine.

Total bliss and pleasure without working hard to get home.

Moments of Rest I gave myself to enjoy.

I ALWAYS BELIEVED THAT MY LIFE 

WAS AN UPHILL STRUGGLE WITHOUT REWARDS,

WITHOUT RELIEF

ALWAYS TRYING(!) TO FIX IT! 

I never gave up and took the buss or a cab 

except for once or twice when the temperature

was -35C or colder and the chain on the bike wouldn't move

and the pedals did not turn without the risk of breaking.

But what always motivated me was the home coming,

and the restful Peace and Sleep that awaited ...

the ability to close my door around me and 

shut out the buzz and chaos

of physical life and the intensity of 

my perceived reflections.

I did not understand inclusiveness at the time,

 and that all was a reflection of my inner State of Being.

I did not understand that my exhaustion derived

from my "uncanny" efforts to figure out my next step

to fix the outside so it would become peaceful ... 

I believed that this was my duty to

figure out How to fix any unhappiness outside me,

 to survive and hopefully not be reprimanded:

A wounded child's efforts to paint over and fix

and bandaid what seemed to be my responsibility 

and thus in need of my nursing care ...

children are living and breathing and believing

they are responsible for 

all the perceived chaos around them.  

  

In my physical efforts and challenges 

trying(!) to fit in

and be accepted and hopefully liked,

I wish I would have listened more within 

instead of 

spending my time micro managing the details 

 of my outside life, in an effort to survive and 

not be judged and criticized and at the same time

trying to make myself needed and irreplaceable,

a sign of ego importance to give myself some worth.

MARK the use of the word TRYING ...

when we decide to TRY we include the probable failure 

this word includes,

because we don't really believe we will succeed.

All due to the diminishing lack of self worth 

our past experiences have reinforced within,

 the definition we keep of ourselves close to heart.

We Trust In our Lacks,

 rather than our Abundance!

We create a consistent debt from believing in our guilt,

and thus keep a belief that we have to pay back 

and always

EARN OUR RIGHT TO SURVIVE

and thus we overdo our work load to be validated.

We believe we have to 

love more, be more, work more, look better, fit in, 

learn more, have more letters certifying and validating us etc ...

We Trust in the Biggest Lie created:

"I will never be Good Enough to be accepted and let in!"

Believing in this definition 

BLOCKS OUT THE ABUNDANCE OF LOVE

that we are infinitely made of.

WE DON'T ALLOW OURSELVES TO SUCCEED!

"I AM TRYING!"

IS THE MOST POWERFUL STATEMENT

FOR KNOWING "I WILL FAIL!" ON SOME LEVEL!

TO JUSTIFY THE FAILURE WE GIVE OURSELVES

TINY REWARDS TO BANDAID THE LACK OF 

ULTIMATE ETERNAL SUCCESS!

OUR LANGUAGE REFLECTS OUR STATE OF BEING!

LISTEN TO YOUR WORDS

HOW YOU COMMUNICATE TO OTHERS AND 

THE MONKEY MIND CHIT-CHAT,

 THAT IS THE BLAH-BLAHs 

THAT KEEP YOU AWAKE AT NIGHT

PAINTING UP THE "WORST CASE SCENARIO"

BASED ON LIES CREATED FROM FEAR OF SURVIVAL

AND NOT BEING LOVED.

THEY WILL TELL ON YOUR STATE OF BEING!

BAN THE WORD TRY!!!!

TRYING IS LYING! 

AND PAY ATTENTION TO,

 WHEN IT WANTS TO BE HEARD, AND 

WHEN YOU HAVE TO REWRITE

YOUR LANGUAGE TO BE ABLE TO SPEAK YOUR TRUTH!

OUR PHYSICAL MINDS / BRAINS ARE NOT CREATED TO 

MICROMANAGE OUR REALITY OUTSIDE; 

THEY ARE CREATED TO RECEIVE INFORMATION 

FROM OUR HIGHER MIND,

AND PERCEIVE OUR REALITIES AS CLEAR REFLECTIONS 

FROM THE RESONANCE OF OUR STATE OF BEING

UNCOMFORTABLE??,

I HAVE LEARNED SKILLS TO WORK MYSELF 

OUT OF THE SWAMP, THAT IT REPRESENTS TO ME.

I HAVE DISCOVERED THAT

I ALWAYS FIND MYSELF IN AND IMAGINED FUTURE

LOST IN NOT KNOWING AND FEARING 

WHAT WILL HAPPEN, WHEN MY WORST CASE SCENARIO, 

WILL SHOW UP AND KNOCK ON THE DOOR.

ALWAYS IN FEAR OF BEING PUNISHED

BECAUSE I AM GUILTY OF SOMETHING

THAT I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IT IS ...

I CALL IT THE DAMNED IF I DO,

DAMNED IF I DON'T SYNDROME ...

HOWEVER I CREATE I WILL ALWAYS

THAT WE EXPERIENCE EMOTIONALLY AND 

FIND OURSELVES REACTING WITH SUCH DRAMA TO; 

NEGATIVE OR POSITIVE.

WHEN WE HAVE NEUTRALIZED OUR REACTIONS,

WE CAN CHOOSE

WHICH EVER SIDE WE FEEL LIKE EXPERIENCING

WITHOUT JUDGEMENT.

I ALWAYS NEED TO TAKE A STEP BACK TO BE ABLE TO  

LOOK AT THE REALITY I HAVE CREATED

FROM A NEUTRAL SPECTATOR VIEWPOINT.

(not always easy in the beginning but practice makes good)

WHEN WE ARE OUT-OF-TUNE

WE NEED TO FIND A TUNER AND 

TURN THE TUNING KNOB UNTIL WE ARE IN HARMONY

WITH THE FREQUENCY OF 

OUR TRUE SELF STATION ... 

WE TUNE OURSELVES UP TO HIGHER FREQUENCIES, AND

WE ARE ABLE TO STEP OUT OF THE SWAMPS OF THE DARKNESS,

TO BE ABLE TO PERCEIVE A 360 VIEW 

OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT ARE CHALLENGING US.

WE EXTEND OURSELVES BEYOND THE EXPERIENCE,

LIKE THE GIRAFFE,

AND ALLOW OURSELVES TO TRULY PERCEIVE THE TRUTH

FROM A PERSPECTIVE OF THE BIGGER PICTURE.

The same way we can't perceive clearly 

a relationship "gone south," 

when we are still wrapped up by it.

Not until we are on the outside "looking in"

THEN I USE MY GRATITUDE 

TO BE ABLE TO ASCEND INTO 

A MORE HARMONIOUS STATE OF BEING RESONATING

CREATE THE RESONANCE OF THE EXPERIENCE

THE SAME SHADOW SIDE OF LACKS OF SELF WORTH

ARE REFLECTED THROUGH 

LOVE,

MONEY,

HEALTH.

WE GIVE AWAY OUR POWER AND END UP DEPLETED,

WHEN WE BELIEVE THAT

OUR PHYSICAL REALITY IS 

THE ONLY EXISTING REALITY.

WHERE PHYSICAL REALITY ENDS THERE IS NOTHING ...

WE END UP EXHAUSTED 

WHEN WE SPEND OUR LIVES 

TRYING TO MICROMANAGE AND BE IN CONTROL,

TRYING TO FIGURE OUT AND CLEAN UP AND 

FIX OUR OUTSIDE (MIRRORS) ...

INSTEAD OF OWNING ALL THAT WE PERCEIVE

AS GIFTS TO HELP US COMPLETE OUR SOUL AGREEMENTS.

I BELIEVE THAT WE AGREE, 

BEFORE ENTERING OUR PHYSICAL LIFE EXPERIENCES, 

ON THEMES (SOUL) TO EXPLORE AND LEARN FROM.

THE EXPERIENCES WE ARE HAVING

ARE SOLELY THE WAY WE OURSELVES

CHOOSE TO CREATE OUR REALITIES TO LEARN FROM.

BELIEVING IN OUR DREAMS

CHANGE IS CONSISTENT,

A FACT THAT WILL NEVER CHANGE.

EVERY EXPERIENCE THAT WE ENCOUNTER

IS ALWAYS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT. 

NOTHING WILL EVER BE EXACTLY THE SAME!

 SOMETIMES WE CHOOSE TO TAKE A LEAP AND

WE CAN SEE/PERCEIVE HUGE CHANGES HAPPENING.

BELIEVING IS THE COMMUNICATION

through resonance, within our individual universes,

that is sending messages to our unseen worlds (selves)

to help us co-create our desired experiences in physical.

The first that will manifest is the blocking resonance!

 That which we need to experience and perceive 

to become aware of what is holding us back, 

so we can let it all go, 

and then in our own divine timing

our imagined dreams and beyond will manifest.

Our realities reflect 

the resonance of the belief systems we are keepers of.

WHAT WE WANT 

USUALLY COMES IN A DIFFERENT PACKAGE 

than we anticipate,

always beyond our expectations, if we let the unfolding flow,

and not try to control it.

We need to get out of the way

and allow life to show us the way.

So keep dreaming and keep your imagination alive, 

 but then get out of the way

for the manifestation to take place.

It is the resonance of our dreams that is the communicator,

not the physical details of our dreams.

KEEP DREAMING!

AND STAY ALIVE AND VIBRANT!

AND KNOW THAT WHAT SEEMS LIKE A FAILURE

IS ACTUALLY A GREAT GIFT REVEALING

SOMETHING TO US THAT

STILL IN THE SAME CREATION

BUT WE RELATE TO IT DIFFERENTLY

WHAT DOES NOT SERVE US ANY LONGER.

We are in for a final overhaul 

of our old lifestyles and the physical

manifestations of

 what we have believed to be true.

If we want our lives to be filled with

health and joy and peaceful abundance,

we need to make some powerful changes

in our belief systems and definitions

so we can shift gear and direction

 into new exciting reality creations. 

We need to remember that we create our physical realities

through the resonance of the beliefs we trust to be true!

The challenges will always come forth

and try to pull us down

when we are willing to go for our dreams.

We have lived for so long in fear,

thousands of years,

 believing in survival and poverty and scarcity,

believing we are on our own, outside life, standing in line,

to maybe one day be let in if we work hard enough.

When we live in fear,

 that we are not worthy of belonging and being part of life,

our fear mode makes us work harder and harder,

more and more, because that is the only way

we have known ourselves to be validated.

Believing that we are worthless

makes us work like machines without rest,

 feeling guilty and not validated if we don't.

The only way we know how to be,

 is by doing doing doing!

We have been taught to work hard before we can dream.

Believing that our Dreams won't support us,

 because you can't have fun and get paid at the same time.

Fun is what we do on our free time ...

When most humans are done doing we are so tired 

we end up in front of TV falling asleep,

living through what is provided on the screen,

other people's lives or fiction, drama or sports.

We have learned to accept and live with

energy going out rather than coming in.

We tend to love others more than we love ourselves,

we validate and are validated 

taking care of others rather than caring for self,

we are tail-gating bills and mortgages and rents

working harder and harder, more and more ...

not trusting the money to come in if we don't ... a true challenge,

that many don't even dare to explore, true or false??

The physical body will express its depletion,

sooner or later, 

when we choose to live life this way ...

STRESS IS TOXIC!

on so many levels,

 that our bodies end up totally out of alignment and malnourished

trying to clear itself from the toxicity we put it through.

This is like driving a car on rocky roads, up and down,

full speed with tires totally out of alignment,

filling the car with cheap fast fuel and no time for maintenance, 

expecting it to start and smile and support our

abusive, rough lifestyle every morning for ever.

One day it will make its mark

and come to a halt and refuse to move.

There is always a voice inside letting us know

when it is time to rest!

How many listen?

How many act upon the request and take time off?

Not until the body gets sick and refuses to support the life style

people wake up and react.

When we believe we are not loved,

when we believe we are not worthy,

when we believe we are guilty for not being loved,

we become guilt fixers trying to cover up our lack of worth,

pleasing and trying to fix others and over doing all we do,

depleting ourselves and confirming at the same time

that we are worthless, because we failed to feel worthy.

When we believe we can love somebody so much

so they will eventually love us back 

even though we are not lovable.

We end up loving more and more and more 

smothering the other person until he / she leaves ...

thus confirming to ourselves that we are not lovable.

Can You see the cycles that are like sticky mouse traps.

The more we do the more we get stuck!

When we live our passion we move like oil moves,

a soft adventurous flow, peaceful and harmonious;

we are alive, not dead,

 filling ourselves moment to moment with energy 

filled with joy and creativity from self love;

energy moves in, filling us to the brim and beyond ...

we are not tail-gating Life any more,

we are in synchronicity with Life.

To clear away what does not serve our passion

is the gift of this month of March.

Continuing what we started 2012, when we were

pushed to get serious around 

what we have perceived our Life to be here on earth. 

We began to ask ourselves

who we are and why? and what we truly want to be.

we began looking for our own personal Truth!

Our consciousness shifted 2012!

We saw the crack of light at the end of the tunnel

and we went for it ...

we never let it disappear in the shadows again,

we remembered the flicker of light within and 

every moment to moment we remember more and more!

Nothing and Nobody

is creating our lives for us!

We create them individually in every detail!

The Power we have given to the realities outside us,

that have made us feel powerless,

we need to reclaim, every aspect ...

and all the belief systems and definitions that 

the lack of power is rooted in and that we trust with our lives.

Let these beliefs express themselves through you,

so they can retire and you can 

replace them with your own preferred belief systems.

We live in a 3D reality of 

positive - neutral - negative ...

when we don't look at our reality through the colored glasses

that we were given by our parents and culture and religion etc,

all turns neutral and we can give

what we see our preferred validation.

The same way as when we travel in a country

where we don't understand the language ...

people can call us anything and there is still peace,

and no hurt feelings,

because we don't relate to the language with judgement,

negative or positive ... all is neutral.

As soon as somebody translates, our reactions change,

before translation we could validate 

what was said with anything.

PRACTICE MAKES GOOD!

HONORING OUR CHOICES

HOW MANY TIMES 

DO WE QUESTION, JUDGE, WORRY

ABOUT THE CHOICES WE MAKE???

We Humans tend to spend too much time 

worrying about every word we say, 

choices we make, what someone else said/ meant,

assuming and guessing, judging ... 

Actions that is pure waste of our precious Life,

harmful to our physical bodies because

it creates stress, lack of sleep, 

trying to fix and band aid our choices

so nobody gets hurt and instead 

end up hurting many more, especially Self.

Reinforcing the negative belief systems of

 being unloved and not worthy ...

WHY DO WE DO THIS?!

When we don't feel self worth,

When we believe we are wrong,

When we believe we are unloved,

When we believe in being guilty,

When we believe in shaming ourselves,

the list goes on and on and on ...

ALL OUR CHOICES ARE SACRED!!

They bring us experiences that 

show us how we separate and segregate ourselves

and struggle to live by rules and beliefs

that have been fed into our hard drive through out 

our life living in fear and survival mode,

and power struggles.

OUR STATE OF BEING MATTERS!!

Find a connection in your Heart to 

Your Higher Mind and listen for guidance,

then act with intent without judgement and questioning.

Make sure though that you are following

your Highest Inspiration and Passion,

not your anxiety ... similar in feel.

When we listen to the whispers within,

the guidance we receive from our Higher Self

we find there is an excitement and passion wrapped 

around the messages, ideas we receive.

Like the flame of a candle that expands and flickers

with intensity to get our attention.

As opposed to our negative Ego Mind messages that

create fear and obligations and stress and burdens. 

In the beginning when we start speaking our Truth

we feel as if we are on thin ice ...

we are so used to speaking through other people's beliefs,

nodding and agreeing,

yeas ma'am, yes sir,

adding to the definitions of our negative earth realities

we've been taught to trust.

PRACTICE MAKES GOOD!!

Some people may leave when they hear your Truth;

they have been around a version of You agreeing and following

the stream without shining the True You Light and 

they may not be ready to accept the New You.

Do we wish to stay with friends and family

that want us to be what they want us to be,

be the shoe horn fitting their feet into their shoes.

HONOR YOUR CHOICES BECAUSE 

THEY BRING YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO

FIND THE LOST YOU / THE FORGOTTEN YOU!!

When we speak our truth we 

Inspire and Challenge ourselves and others;

we challenge all the belief systems and definitions

we have lived by

to come forth and let us know about their betrayals

and deception, that keep us in the passenger seat
